Shooting street photography in Milan with the Sony RX1 and Sony A7CII was a lot of fun, but both days brought challenges and opportunities. Some were busy shooting in the sun, while others chilled on a grey and cloudy day.

The architecture and the balloons were more interesting than random tourists. You can see tourists anywhere. Definitely want to see Milan now.

Your framing is epic, almost instant. pan....stop....shoot. It catches the scene (mostly) before your subjects see you catching it. Awesome. Loved the 4K trip to Milan. What a treat.

Absolutely love the duomo and balloon combo. I used to think those vendors were annoying, too, but since I've started doing street photography, I annoy myself less and observe more. Great tips on approaching a new city, thank you for those.

That gulf livery on Williams was in honour of the old gulf liveries in the 60s, 70, and 80s with the ford gt40 and some Porsches. So that little mii is less F1, more le mans24. Though Williams did pay homage to their sponsor with it in 2023.

uhh one of my favourite creator in my hometown!
Milan is not an easy city: you go from areas that are very busy with tourists to desert areas, one street is full of stores, the one at financo instead just housing. There are incredible places to visit, but you have to know them. Just ask if you plan to come back. (Maybe you can also visit Turin and Genoa, which are very close by train.)
