JD Vance met his wife in the USA. If I remember correctly, he met her in Law School. She comes from a traditional family. She was already a citizen.
Trump's first wife was Belarusian I think. It was a soviet state and she was very blonde. Don Trump Jr. has talked about going to the soviet union as a child to spend summers with his grand parents because his parents wanted him to know the value of being an American citizen and what life under communist rule was really like.
Trump's second wife is and always was an American. She was a cute little blonde who was his secretary. That marriage didn't last long. He won't admit publicly that the second wife was a mistake, because it might damage their daughter Tiffany. But considering how fast that marriage was over, it was a mistake.

My parents divorced when I was 12 and the oldest of 6 children. I'm not sure the marriage could have been saved and the only thing for them to fight over was us kids. But the cost of the divorce was definitely on us kids. Once they remarried we were all pretty much orphans. Our step parents vetoed almost everything our parents might otherwise do for us. Neither of my parents ever bought me school clothes ever again after the divorce. To this day, my Dad can only talk to me on the phone when he's alone in the car. His wife seems to think he stopped being our Dad after we turned 18. Our step-dad was better, but never was a friendly, warm and fuzzy kinda guy. Regardless, none of us were ever allowed to return home if we hit hard times or setbacks.

What annoy me about modern women. They see a lack of favorable options as no options at all. With at fault divorce, they can leave any time they want. It's just that they can't leave with all the cash and prizes. So they see not being able to leave with someone else assets as not favorable and their for no option at all.
