How to unlock the Hidden Dancer Class in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

Once you get to Chapter 9 go and speak with Rhea, accept her sidequest "The White Hron Cup".

Then go and speak to whichever student you wish to represent your class in the dance competition (this is the character that will have access to the Dancer Class if he/she wins).

To win you will have to have high Charm stat.
To increase Charm, speak with your student to have 1 dance lesson before the competition./Invite for Tea/ Equipt Charm boosting Gear.

I put Mercedes in the competition and Black Eagles put Dorothea. Claude defeated both of us.

I put it on Flayn, after I joined Black Eagle House. You can guess how well that went

I went in blind, the first person I talked to was Flayn and she was like "please let me try it" and because she was too cute I let her and she won and I was confused how the whole thing worked, I only let her practice once (???) And her opponent was Dorothea so I thought I was gonna lost for sure 😂

Dorothea is an amazing dancer. Her personal skill is basically Azura’s from fates, which means it works really well for a dancer. It heals a bit of health to adjacent allies at the start of turn. Dorothea is, I think, canonically meant to be the dancer based on her outfit after the timeskip. She works well offensively too as dancers can use magic. Dorothea can be a healer, dancer, mage, and levin sword user all in one. She even learns hex blade combat art which makes swords deal magical damage. Highly recommend her as your dancer 👌🏽

I picked Felix. When i use him as a dancer, he rarely gets hit and always doubles

In my Golden deer route I went with the person with the highest charm which happened to be Marianne, not only was this a good choice but with Blutgang she ended up being one of my best units, weather it was attacking with that sword or using frozen lance or just healing and adding an extra turn she was just a beast

What. I put Claude in and he won (of course) but I never knew I had gotten access to another class. Whatever, he’s already an insanely overpowered wyvern rider so it’s ok

Well I have one more chapter to hit that one and lol my only unit that has the highest charm is a level 25 Hubert with 24 charm.

Everyone else barely hitting the 15 mark on charm.

Time for Hubert to dance for everyone.

I made Hilda my dancer because when I was looking for people to be the representative she was the only one that was really into doing it, so I let her (I play my characters to their actual characters and not what I want/need). I also didn't know the dancer class was the reward either. I like her as a dancer though, since her character didn't want to fight, she wanted to be on the sides supporting people, and this fit her personality. So now she just sticks to the person I'm working on something specific and boosts them.

As a player on the Black Eagle route, I wish I had the foresight to pick anyone but Flayn as my dancer.
