I went to Europe in April. Bought a pair of Hoka tennis shoes. They were not broken in when I went and I walked 10k plus steps eveeyday and my feet never hurt, ever. When I purchased them the shop told me I had 47 days to return even after I told her about my trip. Best purchase ever. They are pricy but worth it. Lots of info, thank you.

Baggalinis are great! They really can be washed in your washing machine. I had to when some makeup exploded in my bag😊

Don't know what I did before compression cubes! Be careful with TSA quart bags with writing on them - Heathrow had me change everything into a completely clear bag, as I was using a Sephora one with an airplane logo. That charger is great idea, as are the AirTags. RIFD is essential, as so many places, especially in the UK, are cashless, so the credit/debit card is a necessity. OMG - the Trtl is amazing - have used it so much. I also recommend the folding travel hangers from Amazon, as often times European hotels are sadly lacking in hangers. A little travel first aid kit is a great idea too. If you are carrying cash, I recommend emptying out a Kleenex travel pack, and replacing the tissues with your cash (the flat travel packs are the best). Great tips - good video!

The Halos eye masks is so wonderful. I own 2. It has made such a change in taking naps during the day in the hotel rm when my husband is at the computer. No problem with turning the lights off. Also if you are going to Alaska, these are a must!!

Great video Cathy. A good pair of walking shoes is so important! When I bring my skincare, I decant them in smaller bottles if need be and I found that if you lay them on their side in the TSA approved bag, you can fit more than if you put them up.

"Must have" meds that I travel with and needed on a recent trip to Croatia:
1. Pepto Bismol for traveler's stomach.
2. Benadryl for allergic reaction to hotel shower gel (rash and swollen eyes.)

We just returned to the US from London. I can attest that Heathrow is very picky about liquids and actually gave us a bag that was mandatory to use. We had to throw a few items away even though we thought we were within the guidelines.
