One of my favorite "zen" sayings: "when you chop wood, chop wood". I apply that to "when you are doing the dishes, do the dishes", etc., etc. Staying in and appreciating the lovely simple moments of our lives. There are many in the world who do not have the shelter, food, simple luxuries that most of "us" have. Lovely video and chat!

Can't remember what book I read but the quote went along the lines of “We remember the good times and the bad ones, forgetting that most times are neither good nor bad. They just are." I take it as life is lived in the in between so that is what we need to cherish the small joys.
