Behringer Ultravoice UV1 - Gav Reviews

I took delivery of this UV1 today to clean up my sound when I'm presenting remotely at work to reduce room noise, sibilance and my asthmatic wheezing.

I've had about an hour with it and I'm very impressed with its ease of use.

I'm not too sold on the HF Detail on the enhancer, but everything else works nicely, very simple and cost-effective. I'm not yet convinced the frequency knob on the de-esser is doing anything either... More testing required!

I'm not an audio pro, just a hobbyist, so bear that in mind!

Thanks for the brief review. Can you unscrew the rack mount “ears” if you want to just set it on a desktop?

A gate is NOT an anti compressor. It's removing any signal below a certain dB level. Not the greatest review going
