How to Make a Machinist Hammer (DIY Project)

How to Make a Machinist Hammer DIY Project from scratch, Interchangeable Tips, Handle and Head, Copper and Brass, Homemade that I'll be using in the workshop to center stuff on vise or on lathe chuck.

The goal was to create a self-locking screws project without thread the handle on lathe (like in many videos) and a very beautiful appearance; the first central screw cannot unscrew because there’s the other one (self-locking screws)

I used very simple materials and old piece of copper that I had laying around for years and probably never used...

The has been really a fun project and I'm pleased with the result even if I'd done some things differently now...

But anyway, I think that every time! :)

G'day everyone and welcome back, In todays video I will be showing you the process that I undertook to make my first Machinist Hammer. You can find many different type of that, but a great quantity is made by thread the handle into the central part. For my Hammer, I wanted to make it more easy, using the self-locking screw mode (the first screw cannot unscrew because there’s the otherone) and the material that everyone can have at home.
