I am having same issue and they rejected stating the same litmus issue. I am planning to file a group suit in consumer forum against one plus. We should stand united against these companies. If we stand together we can definitely win. Those who are intrested please comment.

Come on and let's file a demand regarding this update. I am not going to change my phone. Or going to replace my screen because there is no damage. But it is just this f****ng update.

This is because of latest sw update...I faced the same issue....

Please go to OnePlus service center, along with the bill (even if you don't have warranty)...

If there is no physical damage, they will do it for free... My screen they replaced....😊

Same vertical straight line issue appears in my iQ007. Gently press in bottom side of vertical line it appears and sometime it disappears

I really didn't know how it happened I causally grabbed my phone then I noticed a green straight vertical line on my screen and it's annoying I went to customer service centre and they are demanding 15k for repair and they are saying display replacement

hi ' I am also using Op 8T .. I got the same issue after 12 update ! My phone was under warranty .. and I visited OnePlus service centre .. they got me a new display under warranty ! But I will not update my phone to 13 or 12 now its in ANDROID 11 .. if anyone have phone under warranty contact your nearest service center ! Or not in warranty you can put in the complainant section they will surely reply you ! (NP: pls don't update ur phone )

I just upgraded oneplus 8 to the latest version.. suddenly a white line appeared in the middle of the screen.. problems like this are worse than a cracked screen.
