I know the Spear's lock on can be a bit wonky. But i was able to repeatedly knock out biles in 1 hit many times today. The key is to get a lock while it is facing you, if you hit the head its game over for it.

EAT is best. You can kill it with the drop pod if you stun the titan, and it takes 2 rockets to the face for a kill, which is quicker than any other special weapon.

The absolute top way to kill titans and not just titans but chargers, tanks, ships, and anything else that moves. Use an arc thrower I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised, it melts through armour and can kill more than one thing at a time, also no ammo so more ammo for the team, after your first shot you can shoot at half charge for same amount of damage making it a much faster shot

For those who don't know yet, you can also kill the titan with one shot in the head by using the right weapon such as the railgun, rocket launcher and more on. Aiming for it's mouth or it's eyes will make it easier to get a head shot. This is actually featured in the in-game intro/trailer in the scene where a helldiver hit the titan in the head with a rocket launcher

My fav that works every time. Quasar cannon shot to the head and one rail cannon strike. If you have multiple, four shots to the head with the quasar cannon usually does the trick

I think Quasar canon and Railgun are among the best support weapons since they dont require you to carry an ammo backpack and allows you to equip survival key items like shield backpack or guard dog
