To anyone who experiences Deja Vu in dreams, do you see a certain scenario with conversation and feelings, and then a week later have the exact same thing happen in reality?

This happens to me all the time. It's like I've dreamt something and then it happens, right down to the tiniest detail, to the point it can last for 2-3 mins and i know whats coming next, whether it be someone walking thru the door/someone saying something etc. It could be weeks/months or even a year later. It's a creepy feeling and worse when you dreamt that something awful was going to happen next, but the bad stuff never seems to happen IRL, the Deja Vu feeling just seems to stop and fade away. Creepy.

I've had an intense case of Deja Vu that I will never forget: I dreamed about going to an International school and meeting my high school friends, 7 years prior to the event. The kicker was, when I dreamt this, I was currently attending a different school and the International school that I would eventually go to, was only 2 years old when I first enrolled there. So how would I even dream of a school which, during the time I had the dream, didn't exist yet?

For me, I have a 3rd, rickety theory. What if Deja Vu is telling you the future, but it is so insignificant that you forget about it. Then you remember it has happened before, and you know it hasn't, and those collide, leaving you both fazed, confused, etc. What I've realized is that no matter what you do, it will always happen and nothing you do will ever change it.
