You’re so right about the amenity fee! We have a coach home (1400 sf) in SW Florida-nothing fancy- in a golf club community with a couple of pickleball courts, tennis courts, two restaurants with mandatory dining fees and pay about $6000 in master community fees and $5000 in condo community fees. Not nearly as many amenities, restaurants, events, etc as TV. Not yet retired but it seems like TV is a bargain dollar for dollar. Looking forward to being on the other side!
