I'm preparing to leave my energy provider, "Energy Australia, " after 50 years of service. They were mainly good in the early years, but after being sold to China, they are no longer the same corporation. I just received my quarterly bill, which is usually $ 430-$ 450, but this time it was over $800, despite the fact that the bill said that I used less electricity than the previous bill of $ 450. The bill then went on to say that my next charge will be 25 to 30% higher. In an energy-rich country that is letting an additional 1, 000, 000 migrants, hundreds of thousands of students on visas, and hundreds of thousands of foreign workers, and we can't even house our own people in houses; we have an insane government. I really wish that old Bob Hawk was still our captain and that Joel Fitzgibbon from the Hunter was still looking after us. Because they were genuine labor leaders who cared for the average man. These hideous labor leaders we now have have filthy hands, not from hard work, but from backstabbing good party guys aside. When the stupid Voice fails that will put race relations back 200 years, I hope the party will replace the clueless numb skull who pushed it. Sorry about the vent!
