So basically:

Two admins accidentally delete the universe. They forgot to make a backup of the old one so now they have to reinstall it and then one of them fears that the userbase will get bored and move on to something else. Because he fears that his universe will become irrelevant, he wants to keep going back to snapshots in an infinite cycle, but the other admin doesn't like that because it'll just ruin the users progress. In that disagreement, the one admin becomes evil and deletes the other admin's account and then you hack into the system and delete his account, too and then you become the super admin and reinstall the universe again but the post game reveals that you forgot to install an antivirus so a virus starts spreading and you have to spend another couple hours to clean up the system.

I think the implication with the forest on the back is that the mass of the Bionis is so great that it creates enough of a gravitational pull to keep everything from falling down into the vast ocean. That's my guess, at least.
