These are so perfect for your next brunch board - or Easter celebration. I use this same technique on kiwis and even blueberries 😁 but I call those ones stars. To me, the eggs look more like daisies than stars ⭐️
.
1) Using my @pamperedchef paring knife, I start by making a “V” cut into the side of the egg.
.
2) Next, I turn the “V” into a “W” and continue the same technique around the entire length of the egg.
.
3) Lastly, gently pull it apart.
That’s it 😁 enjoy! 🥚
