As an Invoker player, it takes about 2 seconds to predict the sunstrike kill i.e. the position of opponent where sunstrike will kill him. So, one needs about 4-6 seconds in total for a sunstrike kill.

One day, I was playing jugg then we have an sky enemy, at first his feeding but until he got Rod Of Atos at 28 mins his so freaking fast hand and at that time I doubt that his a cheater and I replay our game and found auto-combo scripts even if he didnt see me in map he knows where we are farming...(WELOSTBTW)Valve please fast fix
