Everyone is saying Tomlin isn't to blame because of the talent the Steelers have. He is responsible for player evaluation through free agency and the draft and he's responsible for player development through the off season and training camp. The talent on this team has a lot of opportunity to be great especially the younger guys. They just need true development and a solid offensive scheme that they can rely on.
