I'm so glad they remember IOA's past, especially Dueling Dragons. The improvements it has gotten since opening have really made this one of the best theme parks right now, but it's also great to see how much of it holds up from 25 years ago

Going to Universal, especially Islands of Adventure, always feels like going home after a long trip. It's just always a warm and inviting place while being epic and full of possibilities. They really captured the 'magic' so to speak. I didn't even grow up with the park, I discovered it a few years ago as an adult, and it is my favorite annual trip. Happy 25th anniversary, IOA!

Growing up, my family always traveled from East Tennessee to vacation at Daytona Beach. We would randomly decide to go over to Orlando and visit Universal Studios. We did this starting in the first year of the park. When IOA opened, I visited during the first year. Now that I have my own family, we plan trips to Universal Resort for vacations. I can't wait to be at Epic Universe for the opening year, so in 25 years, I can say that I remember being there for the first year of the park.

Wow, I remember looking over at it exiting the park as it was getting built. I go every year and it’s my favourite park. Something for everyone.

Happy Anniversary! I wasn’t there in year one. I was in year two! Spider-Man ride and Marvel Island called to me like the Sirens. It wasn’t to my doom though. Well there is a Dr. Doom but it is a blast! I remember getting the VHS hype tape way back in early days to watch how awesome this park is. Universal Studios was cool too. Jaws and BTTF back wrecker ride. Good times. Evolved into MiB and Dreamworks fun. Then the Volcano Bay and soon Epic… Universal is an easy 5-6 day vacation now. It’s my happy place and has the best coaster in Velocicoaster. Thrills, magic, adventure! I love this place.
