Giving free samples is a good way of marketing and improve customer relationship. Make your clients happy, they will be back

I'd hug the cashier after giving a full glow up in a bag

Samples were how I got interested in not only trying a new product but investing in larger sizes and long term purchasing.

Honestly according to me I think it's a good way of promoting that product because I think bank customer will try this and they will definitely love it because I think they all are really very good products which they are recommending so they will definitely like it and they will come second time to buy that same products. And I think happy customers return again and by that product

I admire the competition and generosity of South Korean skincare companies. It's refreshing and exciting.

Honestly they are smart! Think about how many people get hooked on some of those free samples and want to continue buying them. Awesome marketing.

I bought a couple normally priced things for Mother's Day, and Olive Young sent me a gift for free. When I tell you I almost cried from happiness at the fact that the FREE gift was not just a couple random samples or minis but a gorgeous box filled with a small purse, a $90 full sized cream from one of my favorite brands, and other full sized things items ❤ Like wowww! ❤️

Stores wanting people to come back vs stores that know you'll never come back

I read in the US most skincare is owned by like 3 companies so they don’t care about competing anymore. In South Korea there are 100s of companies so they’re all (actually) competing for your service
