Noxus would, i think, be the best place to live in. they are the only ones who will accept anyone that is willing to serve, instead of being some elitist nations.
Piltover enslaved and killed the peoples of zaun, demacia genociding the mages, ....

Mmm..yes..but i feel like in real life Noxus won't hesitate to use slaves, or heavy drugs for combat purposes imported from Zaun. Also, tons of shady tacticts, deals and rituals.

And..the social shaming or propaganda. Crazy stuff.

As a correction: While Noxus is believed by populace to be ruled by Grand General Swain alone, in actuallity, it is rulled by the Trifarix. A council of 3, each representing a quality that every Noxian citizen should strive to develop:
- Grand General and Master Tactician of Noxus - Jericho Swain (vision)
- General and Hand of Noxus - Darius (might)
- supposed Leader of the Black Rose and the Faceless One of Noxus - LeBlanc (guile)

Out of those, only Swain and Darius are know to the public. The Faceless One is a title that few know of. LeBlanc as the name of the Faceless One is something even fewer know, and most don't know if it IS the real name or not.
The 3 meet regularly to discuss matters of the state and each keep the others in check, should they betray Noxus.

Swain knows close to everything about the other 2 but keeps most information to himself until needed.

Darius knows quite a bit about both, but isn't one for backstabbing, so as long as Swain doesn't fall to corruption or LeBanc doesn't scheme against him, he doesn't bother digging deeper.

LeBlanc shows close to nothing, so we don't know what she knows, but she has plots within plots against both Darius and Swain (mostly Swain) up to the point where Swain seems to think this is HER way of communicating.
