My wife just bought me the original, spicy and chipotle. Man I wish I knew about this stuff before. I love the fact that I can go heavy with all that flavor and not worry about sodium or sugar. I made some baked chicken breasts seasoned with spicy Dan Os last night. I soaked the breasts in salt water for 25 minutes before drying, seasoning and baking at 425 til they hit 165-170 internal. Best chicken breasts I’ve ever had.
