I think it would be really good if you were to include the paints you use in a scheme in the description of the video. Your wracks look amazing and I'm desperate to recreate it.

Haemonculus Coven are by far the best of the Drukhari. Thank goodness that Games Workshop has a full range of Drukhari Haemonculus Coven models. If there wasn't an official, easily obtained, plastic kit for Drukhari Grotesques, Drukhari Haemonculus Urien Rakarth, and the rest of the Drukhari Haemonculus Coven range, it would sure be problematic. I love purchasing my official Games Workshop Drukhari Haemonculus Coven Plastic Miniatures.

I think the main issue with that model, despite it being very pretty, its the posing. The lower arms look really tacked on, im sure changing the angle of the shoulders and wrists would already done a lot of the heavy lifting. The spin-rack is a very good addition though, well played there. It adds the height and presence she needed to stand out.

As someone who's watched Vince Venturella for like 7 years, that is the best impression of him ever lmao

The best scene was unmasking the model...it looked like she was reborn from some fleshy cocoon

Does a skinned old elf look very different from a skinned young elf? I feel like it's more a 'timeless' kinda vibe than a young/old. Really great job. The head angle really improved the pose too. There's a reverance to her gaze. ❤

As much as I've been enjoying fixing up older models, it means my kitbashed Sternguard Veterans are never truly done. I always have more 'veteran-looking' bits to add to them to make them look even more distinct from the 30k marines they started as.

dark aeldar are incredible, and your passion for them is remarkable. This is the kind of loving conversion work that's hard to find but is totally STUNNING.

Love seeing you continue this army even after the epic year you've had with Miniac leading up to Adepticon. You really found your passion for this army. Its funny because you started this edition extremely excited for Nids and that was a big part of 2023 and 2024 for you. Now Im wondering what the next passion project will be. I remember you and Miniac mentioned Sisters next. Id like to see you guys tackle a fantasy based army first, whether thats AoS or Old World, or maybe even an entirely different game IP like Conquest or a Song of Ice and Fire. Id also like to see you get back to Necrons again at some point. Maybe you could create a 2.0 challenge with Nick against his blue orks and do a week or weekend challenge for a bit of nostalgia haha

Absolutely love getting unused bits off my sprues. I dug around my sprue collection and found a great winged skull from a Tempestus Scion kit that now sits atop my Death Korps Watchmaster's backpack. Made all the difference. He now looks like their leader, not just another trooper with a plasma pistol. Some days you are just feeling it and the inspiration hits on how to fix a troublsome model. Great job there Jay!

As a fellow Hellraiser and Clive Barker fan, kudos on your cenobite elves.
More of these, please.
And I would LOVE to see a mini in the style of Clive Barker's own paintings!

That mini looks like the best TOOL album cover yet

Not all homunculus are "old" but the process is kept secret (but implied that you start out as a wrack and if you show promise as an assisant you might get reversed into DEldar and start your proper journey)

That Homonculous looks utterly fantastic, Jay. It's beautiful in such a grotesque way.

Now that the army is virtually complete, i cant wait to see what you do next! 😁
