I don't think we need to move capital, but if we decide to, it would be best if we moved it to a location near Kathmandu, like somewhere in Dhulikhel or Hetauda, while ensuring that there is a very good connection between Kathmandu and the new capital. In that case, Kathmandu will still be the biggest city and the point of entry to Nepal, but the administrative and bureaucratic offices will be moved there while still being close to Kathmandu.
