Pta nhi log ye kyu bhul jate hain ki bank staff bhi general public ka hi hissa hain...vo kisi mangal grah ya dusre desh ke vasi nhi hain....ek insaan kitna kaam karega....har chiz ki aur insaan ki seema hoti hai....staff recruit kar nahi rahe...public badhti ja rahi hai...padhe likhe log jo upi use karna tak jante hain vo passbook chhapwane jaise fuddu kaam ke liye branch aa jate hain....toh staff frustrate nhi hoga toh kya hoga ???

As a banker. Banks are heavily understaffed. Public get frustrated which is understandable but at the same time staff are overloaded with work. And work is divided. People dont understand if a counter is open and another is closed due to absentee, people force open window worker to do that work too and then compalins if he denies. Bank managers also do not support the employee. What should the employee do ?? Either give enough staff or just close the fking bank

I have to submit a form but they reply me the person who authorized he absent today . So nobody will take this .
Means nobody will take the responsibility
Its better to shift into private bank atleast they listen. Government bank employees behave like he owner of bank

PSU Banks also face connectivity and slowness related issues all the time.Aur iske saath employees are overloaded.so no point blaming the staff.

An average bank employe gets sallary above 50, 000 and she will marry a good earning man around 80, 000. which calculates their total house income to 1, 30000. Now Do you understand the reason for rudeness, ego, back answering, disrespect you face in the bank and government offices. The system is hacked by NO WORK but HEAVY PAY problem.
