How to set up FastAPI with Supabase DB

No additional configuration is needed on Supabase - do ensure that you have run `alembic upgrade head` in order to see the changes take effect on supabase

Is there any good reason to use Alembic instead of the built-in migration management tool in the Supabase CLI?
