I purchased Kent grand plus ro purifier last one year before. In one year i service the machine 12 times. but till now fault is coming. Worst customer service and worst product. I personally not recommended any Kent products to anyone.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very very bad service. Continued comprehensive AMC since purchase. AMC expiring on November 23 but Kent enforcing to renew it till 2025 only then they will take care of machine. No water from machine. Feel cheated😢
