I would like to see some Emeralds that are fairly reasonable priced.

FYI, yellow grossular garnets have since been mined in a few locations recently including China where a small but commercially significant pocket was found in 2012 and more recently in Mali where most of the yellow grossular currently in the market originates.
Whilst it is quite a rare variety of garnet, it's not the rarest, I would suggest that in my opinion, the blue colour change pyrope-spessartine "umbalite" garnets are most probably the rarest variety of natural garnet available in the market today.

I really enjoyed the garnet and iolite segments and hope to see more. Fluorites have always been interesting to me as well because I have a specimen of purple which exhibits perfectly cube shaped formations and terminations, yet I also have a massive block in Branch Brook green with a tan host rock and black intermittent speckling which doesn't look cuboidal at all. I want to know, do the zones of banding within Fluorite represent weak spots or future fracture points in the case of a ring knocking against something? Thanks.
