That was a 360 flip or tre (pronounced tray) flip not a kick flip. Notice how the board rotates 360 by rolling and yaw. If it were a kickflip it would only roll. The direction of rotation matters too but thats neither here nor there like the entirety of my comment.

Very interresting. Maybe it would be better to mask the skateboarder out of the forground and then apply the slow motion separatly to him and the foreground. then put the two together. Of course it is a lot more of work but curious to see the result. Thanks

If i only can shoot with 25 fps but i still want to get a bit slow motion in postproduction by using optical flow: is it better to use a faster shutter speed (like 1/80 oder 1/100 instead of 1/50) in order to reduce motion blur?
