Knowing both Eun-ji and Gwi-nam were immune(half-bie), I rlly thought that they would get a chance to fight at some point in the series... so that she could at least retaliate for Gwinam's bullying as well

I can't ignore that Nam ra looks so cool when she jumped off the building. She look like a vampire HAHAHA but still I hope for season 2. The characters" facial expressions makes me curious for what they saw

Nam Ra’s character is amazing. She has more of a human personality than that of a zombie to her friends. She has warned them numerous times and bail them out of oncoming trouble. She controlled the urge to kill them and separated herself if she couldn’t control herself. I want to see more of her character in the next season.

Nam Ra was the true hero. Using her zombie instincts to help them. Forcing herself to come to her senses. I loveeee her.

Nam ra reminded me think of Nezuko. Instead of wanting to hurt her human friends, she was protecting them from other zombies.

I really wanted choeng-san to live...he survived when he was alone...He was sharp and fast, he was protective towards his friends and he wasn't afraid of death... I really liked his character, I thought he is the main character and he will survive till the end...
I hope he is alive...

Low key, I want Nam-Ra to be the protagonist of season 2. That way, we can get an insight on her situation as well as the life of the hybrid survivors.

The relation between Nam-ra and the boy was so spot on. Love that they don't rush it. Slowly progress. Even the other couple wasn't easy road to become couple. Nam-ra strong girl. Hoping for season 2.

the thing is, on-jo's name tag was not burnt when cheong-san fell. also, it was not shown again when the group came back to school and find cheong-san.
1. since the piece of cloth survived the explosion, cheong-san might have survived the explosion aswell by the piles of bodies that fell, found himself a hole deep enough to hide and used gwi-nam as a cap/cover.
2. cheong-san picked up on-jo's name tag after the explosion and walked away from the location before the group came back.
honestly, he's too sharp-minded through-out the series to really die(?) that way.

I really believe Cheong-san is still alive cuz we didn't see him died and I'm guessing Nam-ra is making cure, she's smart and top of the class and so observant.

I feel like cheom San had a plan when he supposedly died. He led all those zombies to jump into the bottom of that building making a huge pile of dead bodies….those bodies could break his fall and they were far enough under ground that the bomb didn’t affect to much. When the psycho killer took cheom San down in the fall we saw his body be used as a shield from the fire above..needless to say I’m hoping cheom San is alive but doesn’t want to put on ja in danger bc of his hybrid state.

the emotions and acting to this series is crazy. literally laughed, cried and felt anger watching this.. been watching kdrama for years now and there dramas just get better and better. make sure to watch in Korean and not in English if your looking for a good experience and wanna feel different kinda emotions.

I also want to know why Nam-ra didn't help more after she realized during the barricade scene that the zombies were ignoring her and trying to go after everyone else. She could have helped A LOT if she utilized this fact. She could have went a distance away from the group and made noise to draw them away and then sneak back and join them

This show is written so well I finished it in 2 days. Character development is paced well and as the eps go by, you get more and more attached. Meanwhile, because of the character development, the stakes rise higher and higher which is simply brilliant. The pool of great actors Korea has is insane. Ji-hu Park (On-Jo) and Yi-Hyun Cho (Nam Ohn Jo) are clear stand outs with very subtle yet powerful performance and I hope they will have a big career. Thanks for reviewing this show!!

*I’m guessing Cheong-san is still alive. He probably became a hybrid like Nam-ra. I also think he did not get burned because when they fell, Gwinam was in front of him so probably it was just Gwinam who got burned. I really hope he’s still alive*

Cheong-san is definitely alive if Netflix is going to renew this series, they know that the viewers are gonna be looking for answers, and for it, the fans have to demand season 2. I have this feeling that Cheong-san became a more powerful half-bie compared to the others seeing as how he didn't even show any symptoms at all after getting bit.

EDIT:
So I came up with stuffs, if Cheong-san is not dead and if Cheong-san is dead (Since those who believe he’s dead are all coming at me that it doesn’t make sense, lol.). This is if the series will have a season 2, which is becoming more likely due to the success of the show, just like how Squid Game and Money Heist weren’t supposed to have a season 2.

There’s a possibility that Cheong-san is not dead, if you watched the clip of them falling with the fire around them, you can see how Gwi-nam was caught and was blazing compared to Cheong-san who looked like he was just fading in the fire, I really doubt that this mistake/error went unnoticed by the editing team so this could be intentional. There's also the fact that there are times when they show that Cheong-san is in danger when in fact he wasn't, they've done this multiple times so I'm not going to be surprised if this is one of them. Cheong-san also didn’t show any symptoms of turning, so he could be returning as a hambie, which could also possibly explain how he’ll survive the fire, maybe just maybe, his one possible ability is going to be regeneration, one-eyed hambie Cheong-san would be cool but if he has regeneration, his eye would also prolly regenerate. Another thing that can explain Cheong-san being alive is the name badge, the name badge could be a symbolism for him being alive and very much intact too, now why is the badge still there? Well, maybe he was able to grab onto something, and then the badge fell out. Now, why didn’t he return for it? Well amidst all that would you be able to think about it, I know it’s very important for him but if he’s thinking of a lot of things it could’ve prolly slipped in his mind. They never showed the badge again so there’s a possibility that he came back for it, after a few hours or days. And also, if On-jo did get bit and she neither became a zombie nor a hambie, then she’s going to be the cure for all this, Cheong-san has been represented as On-jo’s protector throughout the show, so yeah, that’s also one of the reasons why he could be coming back, also now that Onjo’s father is dead. There’s also this fact that fire has been used a lot of times to fake someone’s death, ‘coz it makes the body hard to identify if it’s burned, see? It’s too vague of a death scene ‘coz there’s a possibility of him becoming a hambie while at the same time we can’t confirm if his body is one of those in the pile.

Now if Cheong-san is indeed dead, maybe this series is just going to be an introduction for the more interesting story (I know this is a webtoon adaptation, but just what if Netflix had a bigger picture.), maybe the main leads are Nam-ra and Su-hyeok after all, which could make sense because these two characters became most loved characters of the show, and Nam-ra is a hambie, a very interesting character. The series could also go down the path of switching main leads every season (if it’s going to have multiple seasons), maybe on the next series if the virus will spread on other places in South Korea, so we will prolly have a new set of characters.
