I thought that American presidents were always referred to as President Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Obama, etc, etc, even after they eventually left office. So why at the beginning does the presenter keep calling him MR Trump and not President Trump for the first few minutes? 🤔🤨 I think he only says "President Trump" once!!
