There are many reasons why you may need to delete cookies in Firefox, usually to protect your security and privacy. This tutorial is going to show you how to delete cookies on firefox.

Step # 1 -- Opening the Clear Recent History Option

Open Firefox. Right click anywhere on the toolbar and this will bring up a menu. From here you need to click on the "Menu Bar" option which will add this bar to your browser's interface. From here click on "Tools" then "Clear Recent History...".

Step # 2 -- Choosing to Clear All Cookies

This will open the "Clear Recent History" box where we can delete the cookies. In the "Time range to clear" option, select "Everything". Ignore the warning that appears.

Step # 3 -- Deselecting the Unwanted Options and Clearing the Cookies

You are only going to want to delete the cookies, so be careful to deselect all of the other options that are available, such as "Browsing & Download History" and "Form Search History". If you do not, you will not be able to recover these lost items later. Click "Clear Now" and the dialog box will disappear.
