Wash Your Masks, Please and Thank You!

Показать описание
Ok, so now it’s official: we need to wear masks in public. Cool. But think about it: it’s a small, tiny inconvenience compared to the fact that we’re taking care of our community. Yeah, it’s uncomfortable. Yeah, it steams up your glasses. But we do it for each other; it’s one more act of kindness we can easily take on. PLUS we can flip the script and call it pandemic fashion. Done and done.
But — and this is urgent — it’s imperative to wash your mask after every use. Because germs, right? We’re exhaling on the inside of the mask, preventing droplets from getting on anybody. And of course, there’s the general public breathing droplets in your direction on the outside. The germs come from the inside AND the outside.
Good news: Earth Mama Castile Soap works like a charm. Literally. Soap is THE number one defense against germs. According to The New York Times, “People typically think of soap as gentle and soothing, but from the perspective of microorganisms, it is often extremely destructive. A drop of ordinary soap diluted in water is sufficient to rupture and kill many types of bacteria and viruses, including the new coronavirus that is circling the globe.” Because of its unique chemical construction, soap literally tears apart the fat and protein surrounding a virus — like a demolition team.
Plus, if you’re going to be breathing through this thing, you may as well use the safest, germ-fighting soap you can find.
Just wash your mask every single time you come inside. Plus, it’s a twofer: you can wash your mask AND your hands. Here’s what you do, for either paper or cloth masks: Grab it, take a few pumps of Earth Mama Castile Soap, and scrub the mask together under running water like a pair of period panties. You know what we’re talking about. Rinse it. Rinse it again. And then hang it up to dry overnight!
Boom. You’re done. On to the next!
