Same issue. Mine is not working either. I am playing a wav file from a USB thumb drive and i have this feature enabled as shown in the video - but the mod wheel is not changing the volume at all

I have tried connecting an iOS servicing using the USB-B host port but the iOS device is not recognized. If I connect the iOS device via the USB-A device port it is recognized. However the mod wheel will still not control the volume as this video describes.
