I feel so bad for her too.... It didnt have to be like this. I totally feel you, Nina. Although I didnt get depression until my adult life started, I have suffered from severe social anxiety. It's not as bad today due to theraphy but I understand the struggle and the weight gain issue.

Hormones can cause weight gain. Depression and some antidepressants can cause weight gain. I'm straight. I worry about this child.

Maybe the bottom surgery wasn't the right choice for Jazz.
Because it has a painful post surgery recovery.
She is transgender but she would live very happy if she didn't make that surgery
