6:17, I don't think decode means converting the english to binary, I think decode means "knowing or understanding" the instructions to be performed by the processor which is already in their "binary form", for example, if the instruction was to add 2 numbers, then decoding here means "ok, given instruction is to add 2 numbers", and then execute will "add the 2 numbers".

Decoding means understanding the instruction which is already in the form of binary . decoding shows what instruction, op codes and operands is contained in a particular instruction not compiling to binary .

Mam the compiler will do high level language to machine language but u r saying this is called decoding. But decoding means coverting the stored code in memory to signal if I am wrong correct me..
