Показать описание
Example 1 : Construct a triangle ABC, in which angle B = 60°, Angle C = 45° and AB + BC + CA = 11 cm
In this tutorial, you will find the explanation of the following:
Class: 9th
Chapter: 11, Constructions
Topic: Example 1
Textbook: NCERT
Steps of Construction:
1. Draw a line segment DE = 11cm (=AB+BC+CA).
2. At D construct an angle of 60° and at E, construct an angle of 45°.
3. Bisect these angles. Let the bisectors of these angles intersect at a point, say A.
4. Draw perpendicular bisectors of AD, intersecting DE in B.
5. Construct perpendicular bisector od AE to intersect DE in C.
5. Join AB and AC .
Then, ABC is the required triangle.
