As patient B Vijay, 50 years from Nalagonda District approached the local hospital for a usual checkup, the doctor prescribed an injection. Unfortunately, the injection was not administered at the hospital; rather, it was administered at a medical supply store, which caused each of his vital signs to deteriorate. Following that he contacted a multispecialty hospital and was put on a ventilator in the ICU, but still nothing changed until the fourth day when he had a cardiac arrest and the doctors advised him to rush to Hyderabad for further treatment.
