I’m a Democrat but this is the last year I am staying one. With the ridiculous 4-year Covid moratorium in Oakland. Ca STILL GOING so my tenant has still not paid me rent for 2 years+ and ridiculous anti-Asian college admission process and letting homeless people run the streets and ruin businesses without police caring, random looters taking items and SAn Fran shutting down businesses while crime runs rampant - I’ve had it.
