Hyper-mobility. I have it, not this majorly. Important to be careful of overextension since it can be really easy to damage/tear. This is typical caused by a connective tissue disorder (genetic) where the connective tissue is too elastic to hold your joints in place.

Might want to check out Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and if you have ever had surgery or wear braces. This will haunt you in 10-20 years.

My friend can do that but he can only do it with one knee
