Breaking News!! 2nd Suspect in Cutty Banks Shooting ARRESTED!! Authorities Say SHE Orchestrated HIT!

Bay Area rapper Cutty Banks passed away from a shooting that took place in San Mateo California in December 2021. Isaiah Reupena was arrested in Oklahoma and charged with the shooting. San Mateo authorities in conjunction with the California Highway Patrol say that a second suspect has been arrested, Amanda Young and she is the girlfriend of Isaiah Reupena's brother according to news sources she orchestrated the hit against rapper Cutty Banks.
