Mel I am loving your stuff at the minute i relate completely and you simplify it because I complicate every thing. My life is mess right now but the light is trying to get through. I love your a mother, your honest no bs, but your compassionate - there is no perfect it’s doesn’t exist but I wasted years burned my life to ground doing it. I don't drink alcohol at all 😢... it takes a huge toll on the body and the recovery process is lengthy. Instead, I take my B12 and magnesium supplements. I dream vivid dreams and I wake up refreshed and ready to go. I used to get these painful migraines and now, they're non existent. Life changer!!! Good luck everyone on this journey.

Stop eating, before bed good idea's Mel, & each day postive thought in thy morning make's your day better. Love this, i was already gonna start eating better pinapple, is a very good benefit for eating fruit.♡♡♡

Not sure why people repeat unproven stuff that they hear from others and call them "facts." It may work for some people, but that exact reason is why they are not "facts." A few years ago, I would stop eating 3 hours before bedtime, because "experts" were saying it helps you sleep better. But I kept waking up at 3 AM, every single morning. And I couldn't go back to sleep. I was going crazy from lack of sleep, because I have to get up for work at 5 AM. So, I researched it. It turns out it's because of this exact "advice." When you stop eating 3 hours before bedtime, which is a LONG time, your blood sugar plummets around 3 AM, and that wakes you up. That same night I ate only 30 mins before bedtime, and slept like a baby the entire night, for the first time in months. I'm so tired of misinformation people repeat!

That last rule I know is science (stop watching TV an hour before bed time), the stop drinking alcohol is true (on an experience) . Other than that the exercise clothes, laying it out (make it easier, is true on experience too). Good luck. ☘️
