How I keep my lower denture in

I don't know how I missed this video. I may have been the one to ask the question about how you keep the bottom in with the shrinkage, etc. I don't have bottoms yet, so I'm always trying to learn it before hand. I'm sure at this point I'm going to have bottoms. I already did all those steps with my top immediate so I should be well prepared. Thanks.

Thank you much for this!! Had all teeth removed three weeks ago and just can’t function because my bottom plate keeps lifting! My lower denture had just hurts all the time I've had it adjusted twice and then it just starts hurting somewhere else it stays loose even after the first soft reline I was told I can't use it adhesive for 3 months

I have been on a pancake diet for 3 weeks now 🤦🏻‍♂️ I thought getting teeth man I would be able to eat crispy foods or any food for that matter but I'm going to try this liner you buy from Walmart you're talking about they did it for me at the dentist I wish I would have known you could buy this stuff at Walmart it would have just done it myself instead of driving an hour and a half to the dentist office

Thank you for sharing this information. I had 24 teeth pulled a week ago. I’m having a heck of a time with the lower denture because it comes loose when I eat. I’m going to take your advice and hopefully can eat solid foods again. Thank you again. 😊

Missing 3 teeth on top right in front. Haven’t worn glue in about 10 years. Don’t do this either, it just fits well 🤷‍♂️
Move your seatbelt btw, if you get into an accident the belt will hurt more than it helps…

I've been using aligner for the bottom and it's excellent it stays in all day and it doesn't move around and irritate the gums
