How to upload Documents on EPIC/ECFMG for IMC, GMC Registration| Which documents to upload in EPIC

EPIC Verification includes 3 steps:
1. Create EPIC account
2. Create Notarycam account
3. Upload credentials

So this is a video that describes the step by step process I used to get my medical degree EPIC verified for the GMC. Allow me to clarify all the confusion around EPIC verification, EPIC Identification Form, EPIC Physician portal, Notarycam and ECFMG, uploading the credentials for verification and payment for document verification.

After i upload my medical diploma and then it asks me to provide the insrirurion. There i have two options one is uhs and its address and the other is my medical college name and address. I can only select one of them. Which one should i choose?

For the GM C registration via plab, do we only need to upload the final medical diploma to epic? No need to upload the pre-graduate internship certificate?

Can you plz tell how to resubmit your final diploma? I did it but as picture wasn't appropriate i got an email to resubmit. Now when I'm doing it i am getting that you already have your diploma uploaded. I want to chamge it how?

For degree verification, do we need to put university email address also? Or they will do it through pmdc?

How long is EPIC verification valid for, for instance I get my Crediantials verified by EPIC and then I after some time, let 2 or 3 years I start registration for IMC, will the verification be still valid ???

Thank you for this concise yet informative video, i uploaded both housejob and final medical diploma but i have only received an email from ECFMG about my final medical diploma saying that we are pleased to inform u that ur final medical diploma has been sent for verification, my question is at what stage do we need to pay a fee to PMDC to verify it from their side as well?and why did i only receive an email about final medical diploma and not housejob?if u know the answers to these queries kindly let me know, Thanks
