Okay for those of you who are pretty far into your playthrough here's a great strat that involves a lot of charm slots. Basically you use shaman stone, spell twister, grub song, soulcatcher, and thorns of agony. when you enter the boss room simply walk underneath them and go into the water jump Adam and use a big streaks literally like three times and it'll kill him instantly

My method:
Charms:
Thorns of Agony
Lifeblood Heart or Core (blue goo)
Defender's Crest
Strategy:
Go to the top and start slashing downwards and triying to dodge the bugs, it doesn't matter if you get hit that will help with the damage, just don't fall and keep slashing, your dmg output would be enough to kill it before you die.

I know I'm late to the party but after spending a lot of time on him, I can finally say that a good way to beat him is to stand under him and do lots of Howling Wraiths and then just kill the small mobs on the bottom platforms - you can even time Howling Wraiths to hit them

I have beaten her first try with this strategy (I had one nail upgrade)

1.Use howling wraiths under her
2.Kill the little guys with the charm defender’s crest to make it easier
3.Heal with baldur shell to not get hit
4.Equip the charm shaman stone to deal tons of damage with howling wraiths
5.Profit

If you only have 1 nail upgrade and a few charm slots you can basically try to infinitely heal with spore shroom and thorns. Mark of pride is also really good bc it makes it harder for you to miss the flying flukies. I stood on the bottom left floor using the above platform as "cover" from the spawns, jumping and hitting him a small bit before going back to heal. Flukemarm will shoot a baby from his bottom left hole-thing that looks like it will hit you, but will bounce just over your head, giving you barely enough time to heal and time one nail attack. The biggest thing is timing your nail attacks on the babies, as one missed hit will cost you and you will get swarmed (that's why we have thorns). It took a few days though.

HOW TO BEAT FLUKEMARM IN 10 SECONDS:
1. get abyss shriek
2. Use abyss shriek 3 times
3. DONE!

Sporeshroom + quick focus + grubsong. Just sat on that platform spamming spore shroom and killing everything

Better way to beat him is by using glowing womb and defenders crest along with any charm that gives you more soul that's how I beat him and it's super easy

If you have enough notches, winning charm combo was Longnail, Defender's Crest, Baldur Shell, Spore Shroom, and Spell Twister. Hung on the platform in the video.

I kinda hovered on the bottom right plat and whenever he summoned just use the AOE attack right under the boss, it'll probably hit the little spawns too. The AOE hits give you good mana as well aside from smacking the little spawns
