23:51 I always enjoy these non-tech Bob questions! What would a full episode of these non-tech Questions look like? Maybe "What would Bob do with 10 million dollars?" Or "If he could be any animal, real or fantastical, what would he be?" And the ever elusive, "Boxers or briefs?" 😁

We need a community-manteined spreadsheet indexing links to any single question ever answered by Bob in this segment!

To add to the NFC answer, I think the power requirements for a reader to work on og hardware would be too much. It would require an external power source, kind of reducing the usefulness.

I'm curious if it's possible to mod an early 2000's Sony CRT to add in progressive mode, or if that's a fixed hardware limitation there's no getting around in software? I'm guessing the answer to that depends on the specific model, as I'd expect later CRTs to be within "progressive" specs even if it's not enabled, but older ones to not have fast enough flyback to support it. That said, of course I'm not certain, just a (barely) educated guess.

Easy fix to stop destroying games is to force the industry that they must make physical copies and it must be complete-able . That essentially supersedes most of the complex digital laws which will never have a solution.
