Thank you for the very useful and straight to the point tutorial. I have a question regarding the mother board. I have a laptop lenovo legion y540 and I believe the motherboard is 'Intel cannon lake HM/370 oencore'. I don't see this make on the ones you mentioned in the video. I have successfully installed Mac on this laptop but with clover bootloader. But I heard good thing about opencore Bootloader, so I may give it a try. If you can help me which one to pick.

Does opencore have some kind of driver or kext that is necessary to use modern nvme m2.80 stick internal storage? My x1 yoga gen3 hackintosh 10.15.4 install on usb stick is stable but when i try to install to internal nvme stick it goes very slow to the point of looking frozen and eventually freezes/hangs completely. Likewise when i try to apply setup to nvme stick using usb stick booted 10.15.4 and carbon copy cloner process.

Nice video but it’s a bit confusing on your website as I can’t find a download that matches the title of the video. I tried the first one called OpenCore Bootloader Windwos Guide and it’s a .rar file which isn’t natively used in Windows. Could you use .zip instead please?

Thank you for posting this but I have struggled with it, my system is a huananzhi x79 dual CPU ivy bridge but when trying to find the ssdt for that I'm unable apparently they have been moved into a main build page. This has caused a brick wall.
I managed to do everything this upto notepad and compiling.
How thank for posting purely from an information perspective.

This is the 1st tutorial i understand opencore briefly. I have a dell inspirion 7359 skylake processore, intel hd 520, 512ssd, is it need extra things to make it hakintosh?? I mean it's not a desktop, so is it need additional config??!!
