1. EXTRA virgin Olive oil. Use as salad dressing or drizzle over vegetables. Olive oil can also be used topically, by massaging into the skin to improve circulation.

I wonder how you investigated your recommendations. I lived in Napoli with a very nice Italian family. The Husbond loved to cook Italian recipes and he used a lot of extra virgin olive oil - and to my surprise they both had very painful knee joints - so it is definitely not enough for healing all joint pains.
I have tried to eat nearly only whole plant food with no added oil - and also avoiding milk products and processed foods - and luckily my knee pain is nearly gone - 🎵🍀🎶

My take about life eat in small portions, use fruits veggies from your area not coming thousands of miles other regions, olive oil is a middle eastern naturally its good for them but I am around Pakistan we have mustard oil and ghee which is better for us, and as far as inflammation use ginger turmeric fenugreek and fasting works wonders
