COTA 2012 with Lewis, Vettel, Alonso and Mario Andretti was an iconic podium too. Plus they all had their stetson hats on or as i remember Vettel placing his on Mario. That was awesome.

I mean I remember having to sit through a very very predictable 7 years without the widespread mention of predictability being the topic of the day so I wouldn’t say this season needs saving.

This season will stay predictable. Max will continue to win, Perez will continue to fail allowing Alonso in the second fastest car to pickup easy seconds. Since Lance and Ferrari are all useless that sort of leaves 3rd spot for Merc's of which Hamilton is performing slightly better at the moment, so this podium isn't a surprise.

Hamilton also said he doesn't think there's been a podium trio like it, but he's been up there with Alonso and Vettel himself, so his memory is a bit ropey 😄
