The linear vibrating screen uses the vibration motor as the vibration source, so that the materials are thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line at the same time. The linear vibration hoop is driven by double vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks cancel each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlap into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of exciting force and material gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface to jump forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the goal of material progress selection and classification. It can be used to realize automatic operation in the pipeline. The maximum screening mesh is 400 days, and 7 kinds of materials with different particle sizes can be screened.
