Found a 20-Year-Old Gamepad in a Dumpster - Still Good for Gaming?

I found a Logitech Dual Action gamepad while dumpster diving a couple of years ago. This retro controller was released over 20 years ago, and I haven't tested it since the day I pulled it from the trash. After recently checking an old racing wheel, I remembered this forgotten device.
