Had a friend who had prostate ca cancer, refused the radiation and chemo, drank pickle juice and a couple beers everyday, ate nothing but meat for 4 months, stage 3 turned into gone..all gone was the cancer..never know. In the old days all stores carried huge barrels of large dill pickles, 5 cents a piece..

Sometimes I drink pickle juice in the middle of the night, when my calves and/or feet can sometimes cramp terribly. I find pickle juice is the only thing that helps, and helps pretty fast, too, which is essential, as such cramps are truly painful. Thank you! 😊

Drinking pickle juice gave me an unexpected boost of energy when I needed it most. I was experiencing severe dizziness and intense brain fog, but after drinking it, I felt instantly recharged and noticeably more alert. It made a powerful difference in just minutes.

The pickling brine from pickled vegetables is fantastic in more ways than cramps. I used to use pickled cucumber brine prior to going on hunts in the high mountains. And it is fantastic. But I would like to also let you know that there is a special Italian pickled vegetable that is even better I think. It is called Giardiniera which is cauliflower, carrots, sometimes peppers, and also cucumbers. At the very least it works just as good and I think it might work better for hydrating the body and alleviating cramps. I urge you to try it. If you are interested. Thank you for the uploaded video which was very good!

Well, pickle juice is high in salt as you mentioned. Salt contains sodium obviously, of which is a key electrolyte in our body, so basically the pickle juice is just providing electrolytes lost through sweat from those players. Cramps often caused by lack of electrolytes so I'm guessing that's why pickle juice had an effect

Be sure to buy pickles fermented in a salt brine versus pickles pickled in vinegar. Vinegar pickles won’t work for cramping. It’s easy to ferment your own if you can’t find any in the grocery store.

Don’t confuse “fermenting” in a salt brine with “pickling” with vinegar. Choose fermented for cramping and for other nutritional benefits.

Well that's been an open page in my Book of wondering about. I even after a long Bicycle ride half way would eat a small Jar of Vlassic Pickles & drink down all the Juice, & also eat the Hot Cashews the store sold for Magnesium & a Sugar snack Doughnut for quick energy.I heard about a guy highly fatigued from heat & work, he ate some Relish packages & recovered. Cream of Tartar is scrapped from the bottom of a Pickle Barrel & is a pure Potassium Nutrient.

I researched it. Turns out it triggers acetylcholine release. Something I didn't know was so important, nor how serious a deficiency of it can affect everything.
The body does not make enough so it has to come from diet.
From things I've read it seems the startling exponential rise in non alcoholic fatty liver disease wouldn't be as extreme if people had been made aware they need to make sure they get enough acetylcholine. It's in the B vitamin group, and apparently there has been many attempts to get it classified by the government as a daily requirement, like all the other vitamins. Which is very strange considering it's the main neurotransmitter controlling the parasympathetic so much could be affected by a deficiency, and it would not be associated back to the deficiency, because it's not made known of it's importance.

I now supplement with cdp choline and sunflower lecithin (precursor), alternating them daily. Not going to lie, I was in bad shape, I think it saved my life

When I get a leg cramp while sleeping, I swallow some Lpickle juice” and the cramp quickly goes away. Anecdotal, but it works for me.

I was expecting a Paul Harvey moment at the end where you'd say "...and that's how Gatorade was invented..."
